Warum sich auf Lachs beschränken? Das zweistufig verstellbare Fixiergitter hält unterschiedlich dickes Grillgut sicher an seinem Platz und macht das Brett überraschend vielseitig. Ob Roadkill Chicken, Spareribs, Flank Steak, Flammbauch, ganze Forelle oder klassischer Flammlachs – direkt am Feuer entstehen immer wieder neue Möglichkeiten. Mit bis zu 3 kg Traglast wird aus dem Flammlachsbrett ein echtes BBQ-Allroundtalent für großes und schweres Grillgut.

Die massive Edelstahlhalterung sorgt für sicheren Halt – auch bei größeren Lachsseiten oder schwererem Grillgut.
